I live in the Philippines and have just brought a Honda GL400E Custom CX. I am trying to find out the year it was manufactured, I have found the engine number and chassis number but can not find the VIN number. Does anyone know where I would find the VIN number or if I can get the VIN number or year from the Eng/Chassis number.
